Cancellation Policy

We understand circumstances may require cancellation or rescheduling. Please tell us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours of appointment date/time will result in loss of deposit. Late arrivals will be accommodated as best we can but may result in loss of service time.
